Tesla is on top of its shit. After an employee noticed a flaw during production, the electric car manufacturer has renounced it's recalling 1,228 of their Model S cars produced from May 10 through June 8. The rear seat has a weakened bracket that might not hold up in a crash and could cause injuries.

This comes as a rare slip up for Tesla, and the first for its Model S. The car received a 99/100 from Consumer Reports. Something tells us that this won't be that big of a deal. Acting this quickly sticks out, especially in light of Chrysler's recent ordeal. The recall will cost Tesla $150,000, but things are going well otherwise. Tesla shares were at $104.50 as of 4:41 a.m..
