If you have a soft spot for Asian tuner cars (and who doesn't?), Japan is the place to be. The car culture is thriving and people are always looking for new and innovative ways of turning old school road rockets into new-school resto-mods.
At a recent gathering in Nagoya, tuner fans (and their cars) gathered for a day of swapping, talking, and admiring. In attendance were a host of cool cars from yesteryear including a cadre of Supras, GTRs and Zs. Alongside offerings from Toyota and Nissan, were maxed-out Lambos, concept cars, and even the odd micro-car. According to participants, total attendance was around 150 cars.
