Ranking Every NBA Finals MVP

7. Moses Malone (1983)

Team: Philadelphia 76ers
Opponent: Los Angeles Lakers
Result: 76ers over Lakers, 4-0
Finals stats: 25.8 PPG, 18.0 RPG, 2.0 APG, 1.5 SPG, 1.5 BPG

In the year of his "Fo fo fo" guarantee, Moses Malone was absolutely incredible in the Finals as the 76ers avenged their loss at the hands of the Lakers from the previous season. He looked every bit the MVP as he carried his team, dominating Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in the paint as he corralled 18 rebounds per game, including an average of 6.8 on the offensive glass. His 27 total offensive rebounds are still a record for a four game series. He was incredibly reliable scoring as well, going for between 24 and 28 points in each game and shooting 50 percent from the floor for the series.
