19. Michael Jordan (1992)
Team: Chicago Bulls
Opponent: Portland Trail Blazers
Result: Bulls over Trail Blazers, 4-2
Finals stats: 35.8 PPG, 4.8 RPG, 6.5 APG, 1.7 SPG
The hype leading into the 1992 Finals centered around the supposed "rivalry" between Jordan and Clyde Drexler. Jordan, obviously irked to be compared on the same level as his Dream Team teammate, came out firing in Game 1, which would soon become known as the "Shrug Game." Jordan's first half three-point barrage (he hit six) propelled the Bulls to a huge lead and helped Jordan set a new Finals record for points in a half (35). He followed that up with several more strong performances, including 46 points in Game 5 and a strong 4th quarter in Game 6 to help the Bulls capture their second consecutive title.
