If your answer is "absolutely," then you and the Memphis Grizzlies organization aren't on the same page. Today, the Grizzlies decided to not offer Lionel Hollins a contract extension. Citing "philosophical differences," Memphis let Hollins go and will now go on the search for a new head coach. According to ESPN, assistant coach Dave Joerger looks like a strong candidate, but the team will also look at names, like George Karl and former Suns coach Alvin Gentry.
