For about three weeks now, there have been rumors about Kevin Durantsigning with Roc Nation Sports flying around. And just a few minutes ago, both KD and Jay-Z signed on the dotted line to make things official.
"Grateful for this opportunity with Roc Nation Sports," KD said in a comment that was included on an Instagram photo featuring him and Jay-Z. "It's go time."
"He has a 90.5 [percent] free throw shooting rate, the youngest player in NBA history to join the 50-40-90 club, a giving individual, and a legend in the making," Jay-Z said in a comment of his own. "What more can I say?"
Wait. The number one reason Jay signed KD was because of…his free throw percentage?!?! Go put in some work on the charity stripe, kids!
Seriously, though, congrats, KD. Your future looks even brighter now than it already did before...
