We all remember the Bertone Jet, the one off Aston Martin Rapide Wagon from earlier this year that set everyone's loins ablaze, but many of us consigned it to the annals of history, assuming that it would fade into obscurity. Now Autocar is reporting that both Aston Martin and Bertone strongly want to bring the Jet to production. While nothing had yet been decided, if Bertone is to make the Jet in Italy less than 10 will be made, and if Aston is to make it in England production could have a higher limit or even be unlimited.

If it is produced, Aston will probably call it the Rapide Shooting Brake and put it at the top of the line up.
