Here's a little known fact: 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was selected as the Cubs' 43rd overall pick in the 2009 MLB Draft. This was because when he was a senior in high school, Kaepernick was throwing fastballs at 92 mph, which is faster than what a lot of MLB pitchers can throw. He chose to focus on football and the rest is history.

Fast forward to now and you'll see that Kaepernick still got it. The QB threw a solid 87 mph for the first pitch of Friday's Giants and Marlins game. A bit of a drop off, but the man hasn't thrown a serious, public pitch in years.

Here's another fact: Kaepernick wins at everything (except Super Bowls).
