If you happen to be sitting on about $161 Million right now, we have a really good way for you to spend it. The Nurburgring, AKA the "Green Hell", is for sale for that amount. The track is currently hosting the 24 Hours of Nurburgring, one of the world's most prestigious endurance races, and will host the F1 German Grand Prix later this summer. Yeah, it would be a pretty cool thing to own.

That said, the 'ring has been running in the red for a few years now, and not even opening a theme park in the middle helped. Given that part of the appeal is that it's open to the public, we think a yearly membership plan with unlimited lapping could help get more people to open their wallets, and now that "tuned on the Nurburgring" is a thing it might be time to jack up the prices that manufacturers pay to reserve the track.

Hell, it's cheaper than Spielberg's yacht.
