Part of the allure of the Jaguar F-Type is certainly the classic image of a cruise with a beautiful woman in a convertible Jag, but we can see a few reasons why one might want a proper roof on an F-Type:
- You live in a place where there are only a few days when you'd want the top down, such as Edmonton, or, ironically, damp old England.
- You don't trust Jaguar to make a convertible that won't start leaking in a few years.
- You wear lots of hats, and don't want to lose them to the wind.
- You're familiar with the story of modern dancer and choreographer Isadora Duncan's death.
