Spike Lee sure loves his New York Knicks and there is no price on that admiration. That's because Pacers beat writer Mike Wells at the Indianapolis Star is claiming that Spike offered a cool $40,000 to Stewart Reed for four tickets positioned behind the Indiana bench to Game 3 of the Knicks/Pacers series.
Reed turned Lee down, but that doesn't mean Spike did not see the game in person. Instead, the Knicks superfan cheered on his team from a different location, probably far, far away from the Pacers bench.
