Earlier this month, it was reported that Michael Vick beat running back LeSean McCoy in the 40-yard dash, which is pretty impressive considering the age difference. But does that make him the fastest quarterback in a league that has Colin Kaepernick and Robert Griffin III as competitors? That's highly debatable, but of course, Vick said on The Dan Patrick Show he still was:

"These guys are young and they're fast and they're quick; the thing I do have is a very quick get-up. I really don't feel like there's a quarterback in the league who can beat me in a 40-yard dash. If somebody wants to set something up, I'll be more than glad to accept the challenge. But as of right now I'm going to say me. But Colin Kaepernick is fast and RG III is fast as well."

Former wide reciever and NFL analyst Cris Carter made that argument moot when he responded to his comments: "They're not passing out Super Bowl trophies to the fastest guy." Good point.
