The boys at Mecum Auctions have managed to bring in a doozy -  Frank Sinatra's 1989 Jaguar XJS V12. Dressed in classic British Racing Green, the car appears to be in very nice condition and has a nearly perfect beige leather interior.

The '89 XJS was essentially the last "real" Jaguar produced before the company was sold to Ford in late 1989. Its styling borrows design cues from some of Jaguar's more classic models, including the XK120 and the XKE.

Mecum has yet to release auction estimates for the Sinatra Jag but we think the car should go for around $45,000 to $65,000. ( XJS Jags without celebrity provenance typically sell for $15,000 to $20,000.)

The car is scheduled to cross the auction block on July 26 at Mecum's Santa Monica sale.
