Did you see the snippet of Hulk Hogan's sex tape that appeared on Gawker last October? If not, do you want to see it? We wouldn't necessarily advise you to head over to Gawker to watch it. In fact, we'd sort of advise against it. But if you do want to see it, you need to act quickly.
Yesterday, a judge in a Florida state court ruled that Gawker must remove the sex tape snippet from the site because of a temporary restraining order that was just granted to Hogan. A federal judge actually ruled against Hogan back in October when he attempted to get a similar ruling in his favor. But a state judge just ruled that Gawker has to remove it…at least, for now.
That said, Gawker hasn't budged yet, and the snippet is still readily available for your viewing pleasure. So, if you're still sleeping on it, act now! Er, unless, of course, you're at work, school, or don't want to be haunted by the memory of a Hulk Hogan sex tape for the rest of your life. Just don't say we didn't warn you.
