A team of student engineers from a University in Canada have made a vehicle that can achieve a whopping 3,587 MPG! The car was built as part of Shell's Eco-Marathon Americas and is now the official record holder for the competition's second-most fuel-efficient car, behind a French team that, in 2003, achieved 8,914 MPG.
If only we could see this thing at the local dealership ...
