Did Michael Jordan deserve to be called for a push-off before knocking down his historic shot over Bryon Russell during Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals? It depends on who you ask. Ask a Bulls fan and they'll undoubtedly say no. Ask a Jazz fan and you'll be forced to listen to them go on and on and on (and on!) about how it should have been an offensive foul against MJ. Ask Russell himself and he'll shrug it off and say "they didn't call it," like he did back in 2009. And ask Phil Jackson and you'll get this:

As per MJ’s shot in game 6. That wasn’t a push off. It was a helping hand to a broke down comrade. :-)

So who's right? Well, like we said, it all depends on who you ask. Let the great debate continue...
