Nothing, and we mean nothing, will be quite as tough to witness as the compound fracture suffered by Louisville's Kevin Ware. But, Danilo Gallinari's knee injury was really difficult to look at. That's probably because, uh, knees aren't normally supposed to bend that way! Now, excuse us as we rub our own knees. Ouch.
