On August 2011, Jack Hoffman was diagnosed with cancer after doctors found a golf-sized brain tumor. Since that moment, Jack started a friendship with Nebraska running back Rex Burkhead and during the Cornhuskers' spring game yesterday, Hoffman, who is now seven, was not only invited to the event but he also suited up, got a hand-off from quarterback Taylor Martinez and took it to the house from 69 yards out.
