Recently, T-Mobile announced that all of its plans would be cheaper, include data, and would not include a two year contract, and now T-Mobile and Audi are offering better services to motorists as well. We think the proliferation of in-car wi-fi hotspots is cool, but you know it isn't free.
Wi-fi equipped Audis will now give you the chance to sign up for a data plan for either $30 on a month to month basis or $450 for a 30 month contract. $15 per month isn't bad, but it turns out that those T-Mobile ads on TV were just a little decietful, the company still is offering contracted plans, but only for your car.
