Honestly, we could care less if some moron wrecks a brand new Aventador or even a gleaming 458 Italia … more can always be built. What really makes us cringe (and perhaps a little sick to our stomachs) is watching priceless works of automotive history - irreplaceable relics from the past - get destroyed.
According to local reports, the owner of this $1 million Lamborghini Miura P400 SV was driving down a busy London street when the engine compartment suddenly burst into flames. Due to heavy traffic, the fire department could not get to the scene for nearly half an hour.
The car (and this is where we get all queasy) was a total loss. What a shame.
