Earlier today, the Washington Wizards defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, 90-87, but following the game, the team didn't feel quite like winners after their leading scorer and potential front-runner for Offensive Rookie of the Year, Bradley Beal, went down with a nasty ankle injury. While there is no confirmation as to how long Beal will be out, initial reports are indicting that the 19-year-old out of Florida sprained his left ankle.
We'll have to wait and see how long Beal will be out, but if it's anything like Parker's injury, the Wizards should expect to have him out for up to 4 weeks.
