When Volvo stopped selling the V50 and V70 wagons in America, we were sad and confused. How could Volvo, the company best known for making indestructible wagons, not offer a single wagon? It's like if the Vatican started serving communion light beer instead of wine, or if Germany decided to stop being wonderfully anal-retentive about engineering.
Luckily, the gorgeous S60 is finally being wagonized for us in the form of the V60. So Americans who want a comfortable, luxurious, dependable car that can haul a ton of crap and still offer tank-like safety can be happy little car shoppers.
Volvo is going to reconsider the decision not to offer the V60 in the states come June.
