Following the Spurs' 130-102 victory over the Kings on Friday, head coach Gregg Popovich let on that Tony Parker's ankle injury would sideline him for "a while." Now, the results of an MRI have come back and it looks like Parker will miss about four weeks with a grade 2 sprain. So far this season, the 30-year-old point guard has posted near career-highs in points and assists per game, which has undoubtedly played a major role in San Antonio's league-best 46-14 record.
Can the Spurs continue their great season and remain the No. 1 seed without Parker? Guess we'll find out soon enough.
