We know that a lot of people hate Duke. By "a lot," we mean probably 90% of college basketball fans. However, there's no denying how clutch Christian Laettner was in his college career. After sending UConn home with a buzzer beater the year before, this time it was UNLV's turn as the Duke forward hit two free throws to put Duke ahead with 12.7 seconds left in their Final Four matchup. UNLV missed a game-winning attempt, sending them back to Vegas with their first loss of the season and Duke on to the National Title game.
