One and Done Players Who Should've Stayed in School

17. Spencer Hawes

College: Washington
Draft Year: 2007, (10th overall)
NBA Team(s): Kings, 76ers
College Stats: 14.9 PPG, 6.4 RPG, 1.9 APG
NBA Stats: 8.9 PPG, 6.0 RPG, 1.8 APG

Being a seven-footer, Hawes will always have a job in the NBA. He put up nice numbers during his one year at Washington, and thought he could stomp with the big dawgs. Like many guys named Spencer, he was wrong. He plays soft as hell on the block, so now he's shooting threes. Hawes should've stayed in school for at least another year or two. Maybe he would've learned how to play like a real big man.
