Mike Conley followed his boy Greg Oden into the 2007 Draft when he should've stayed at least another year. Although, it's hard not to come out when you're guaranteed to be a lottery pick. He came into the L undersized in terms of weight and was often man-handled by bigger guards during his first few years. But he's settled into his floor general role with the Grizzlies, and is a big piece to their success in recent seasons.
