Quick recap. A few weeks back, a woman named Pamela Smith filed a paternity suit against Michael Jordan for a child he allegedly fathered in 1996. Smith, who happens to be a "relationship" expert and have a history of tax problems, dropped the suit a few days ago. However, it looks like it was a big mistake to even try to sue Jordan in the first place. You see, Jordan does not like to lose ‒ not just in basketball, but in life. TMZ reported that the legend has filed legal documents in order to file a counter-suit against Smith to cover his court costs and any other necessary sanctions.

Yeah, Jordan probably can cover the costs three times over, but paternity suits will rub someone the wrong way, especially if the person just finished celebrating his/her 50th birthday.
