This summer will be the 20th Goodwood Festival of Speed, and to celebrate, Ford is bringing a production version of the three-cylinder open-wheel track car that it tested on the Nurburgring last year. The car is road legal (in Europe), and ringed the 'ring in 7:22, making it faster than a Ferrari Enzo or a Lamborghini Aventador.

The Ford FF1 should be able to hit 160 mph or return 100 mpg, and will be powered by a 1.0L 123 hp EcoBoost I3. Sadly, because it doesn't have an airbag, even though it does have a five-point harness, it will not be road legal in the USA.
