Charges have been filed in a 10-car pile up in Japan last year that saw eight Ferraris and one Lamborghini end up in scrap yards. As you may recall, the lead driver lost control of his Ferrari which caused a horrific chain reaction, causing dozens of cars to pile on top of each other.

Now the 61-year-old lead driver and nine others have had their cases sent to criminal court on suspicion of violating a long list of traffic laws.
