Volvo has just hired Robin Page, who is best known as the Chief Interior Designer for Bentley, and is quite clearly rather good at his job. He also worked for Rolls-Royce and Bugatti in the past.

What this means for Volvo is that the company is clearly looking to raise the bar and compete with ze Germans more effectively. According to Thomas Ingenlath, "Robin has a wealth of experience regarding high-quality, luxury interior design. Our aim is to raise the bar for Volvo design both in interior and exterior design, and Robin will play an instrumental role in achieving that."
