In hip-hop mythology, pouring bottles in the club is some high-class stuff. That's not really the case if you're throwing juice at a woman without her consent and then proceed to toss the bottle at her, leaving the poor partygoer distraught with her suede boots cover in a sugary beverage. Enter Fred Davis, the Redskin tight end who's being accused of doing these acts. He's being sued by Makini Chaka for the resulting medical bills, emotional distress, and property damage (don't mess with suede boots).
Of course, Davis is denying he actually threw the bottle at her: "I release it, I didn’t throw it.” However, this video passed along by Chaka's lawyer suggests otherwise.
