Throughout its history, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue has been a breeding ground for WAGs, as these beautiful women are often scooped up by some of the world’s finest athletes. Many vault from being previously unknown to becoming household names, as we’ve seen with the likes of Brooklyn Decker and Kate Upton (to name a few).
Even if they are way out of their man’s league, remarkably these women seem to just flock instinctually to athletes. The life of a professional athlete is not exactly difficult to begin with, so when these guys get to go home to some of the world’s most beautiful models, forgive us if we don’t shed a tear for them.
Even this year’s newest “it” girl Katherine Webb is getting in on the action, as the now-famous girlfriend of University of Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron is appearing in the 2013 edition. She certainly is an incredible beauty (just ask Brent Musberger), but is she one of the hottest ever?
