The New York City police force is getting sneaky. This undercover cop was spotted cruising in a Ford Crown Victoria, but instead of the typical white and blue dress, it was decked out in bright yellow NYC taxi livery. The car revealed itself, when it was helping transport an NYPD van. Unfortunately for him, nobody really moved, possibly because all they saw was a taxi. Remember: There's always somebody watching.
