Even though the Lakers are three games under .500 right now, Kobe Bryant doesn't sound worried. For a piece that appears in the new issue of Sports Illustrated, writer Jack McCallum had the audacity to ask KB24 if he thought the Lakers were going to make it to the playoffs this season. And, Kobe responded by saying that there's not an "if" in his mind right now.

"It's not a question of if we make the playoffs," he replied. "We will."

And, once the Lakers make it, he's not worried about who they might have to face, either.

"When we get there, I have no fear of anyone—Oklahoma City, San Antonio, Denver…whoever," he said. "I have zero nervousness about that."

We're not particularly surprised about Kobe's response. He's obviously a confident guy. But, he has seen tape of the Lakers playing this season, right? Okay, just checking…
