Jon Stewart Wants To Know Why the Hell Everybody in Russia Has Dash Cameras

To get YouTube hits, obviously.

We've known that every car in Russia has dash cams for quite some time. They also have the craziest pedestrian drivers on the planet and the strangest road happenings that we've ever seen. Thanks to the recent 10-ton meteor that came flying down into Russia a few weeks ago, everybody else in the U.S. is just now recognizing these things and wondering the same thing we wondered: What in the shit happens in that country and why is it all caught on film?

Jon Stewart wanted to highlight and/or investigate this. In a hilarious segment, in which he calls Russia a live-action Grand Theft Auto, he goes through some of the craziest videos caught on the cameras, which are a "fad" that people use to help protect themselves. We don't think they're really helping, but sure, safety first.
