Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski confirmed what a lot of us thought was going to happen in two tweets today:

Billy Hunter has been voted out as NBPA executive director, sources tell Y! Sports.
The NBPA player rep vote on Billy Hunter's ouster was 24-0, sources tell Y! Apparently, six teams weren't represented at meeting.

Yep. Billy Hunter is out after the National BasketballPlayers Association "decisively" voted him out as executive director. The decision came after he came under fire because of claims of nepotism and suspicious activity. Since the criticism first started, he fired his daughter from the NBPA (cold game) and severed ties with his son's struggling financial firm. Hunter also caught attention when it was revealed that his travel and vacation funds were never approved by the union. Hunter served as NBPA director from 1996 to 2013, overseeing two lockouts.

It's also worth mentioning that LeBron James actually pushed to remove Hunter. He's not only a great player, but also a pretty damn good persuader apparently.
