Did you miss the crazy East Carolina/UTEP college basketball game that took place over the weekend? Uhhhhhhh, yeah. We don't blame you. Conference USA isn't really our cup of tea, either. But, apparently, we missed a pretty crazy game. Specifically, we missed ECU's Shamarr Bowden throwing not one, but two punches at UTEP's Konner Tucker while he was lying on the ground in the middle of the game. Check it out in the clip above.
We've seen guys catch charges for doing less than this in street fights. So, it'll be interesting to see what kind of punishment Bowden gets for doing this. It was most definitely uncalled for and brought attention to C-USA for all the wrong reasons.
