In an effort to help attract tourists, the state of Coahuila in Mexico recently made the license plate above available to the states drivers.Governor Ruben Moreira, governor of Coahuila hopes people will adopt the new plate and help build the state's reputation. The dinosaur featured on the plate is meant to reflect the state's rich paleontological history. The plates have turned up a bit of controversy on the Internet.
