First Take can be hard to watch sometimes, but it does have its moments. Joe Budden stopped by ESPN's studios and dropped a sharp backstage freestyle. Budden was spitting of the top of head as he used cue cards while he was rhyming. It's some pretty solid lines, and you can watch them above. If only there was more of this and less of this.
