Earlier this week, we thought Delonte West was headed to Memphis to play for the Grizzlies. But, as it turns out, the Grizz opted against signing the NBA vet. That hasn't deterred Delonte from trying to get back into the league, though. The former Mavericks guard just signed a deal with the Mavs' D-League affiliate, the Texas Legends, and will join the team immediately.
Does that mean he'll eventually end up on the Mavs this season? Eh, maybe. But, for now, it's just nice to hear that he's playing ball again. We'll have to wait and see what happens next.
