We know what you're thinking right now. Didn't Chip Kelly already turn down the Philadelphia Eagles job?!? And, the answer is…yes. After being interviewed by the team earlier this month, Kelly ultimately decided to return to Oregon to continue to coach there. But, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, he apparently had second thoughts recently and just decided that he will become the new head coach of the Iggles next season. What a shocking development.
