Fab Melo has been called up from the D-League to the Boston Celtics roster. But it wasn't on his own terms. Melo left the Maine Red Claws on Wednesday because of a "non-sports-related concussion." A concussion, huh? How did he receive that? Well... we'll let the following tweet from Comcast SportsNet New England sports anchor/reporter Kyle Draper explain what happened:

Fab says he suffered concussion when he ran into door at hotel room. #CelticsTalk

And there you have it, folks. Melo suffered a concussion after banging the top of his head on the hinge of a double door and as a result, he earns a promotion. Don't you wish it was that easy at your job?
