In fairness to Andray Blatche, let us get this out of the way immediately: He is not under investigation for an alleged sexual assault right now.

However, police are currently investigating a sexual assault that allegedly took place inside of his hotel suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia in the wee hours of the morning earlier today (Blatche and the Nets are in Philly to play the Sixers tonight). A 21-year-old woman was taken from the Four Seasons to a local hospital at around 4 a.m. after telling police that she was sexually assaulted by a man at the hotel. Police believe the assault may have taken place in Blatche's suite, but theNets forward says he was not involved in the assault and was clueless when police asked to question him about it.

"I'm ok and I didn't do anything," he wrote in a tweet earlier today that has since been deleted. "Just was in the area when it happened."

Blatche as well as a 41-year-old man and a 25-year-old man who were both staying in the hotel suite at the time were all taken into police custody for questioning. More details to come.
