We should probably begin by saying that nothing short of actually replacing a burnt out headlight will get you out of a ticket should an officer of the law catch you driving with it. That being said, here is an interesting, novel solution to the problem called the "Headlight Eyepatch." It is, as you might have guessed, a pirate-style eyepatch with a reflective skull and crossbones design that you can wrap around your car to cover your burnt out headlight. Unfortunately, it's not actually available for sale and seems to just be a design project from a group called The Carmichael Collection.
