Nettleton High School (AR) sophomore forward Victor Dukes delivered one of the best dunks of the year, so far. This happened on Monday, Dec. 31 vs. Manila during the 2012 NEA Tournament Finals. Check where his head is at. Homie looked like he was riding an escalator. And he probably gave that poor kid a concussion. Scratch "Dunk of the Year," this has all the elements for one of the best all-time.
