The Mirage badge on a Mitsubishi opens up potential for plenty of jokes. Can the floundering automaker even renew its stake in the U.S. market? Can a small car be the big answer?
There's certainly potential for the Mirage. We love the Ford Fiesta and the Chevy Spark. The very special sound of a three-cylinder engine is also surprisingly appealing. Mitsubishi's Mirage thus hits on three new interests, and despite being one of the least powerful cars on the market (sorry, smart, you lose here) has some panache.
