Mazda reportedly plans to double up on compact crossovers by adding a CX-3 to the model line in 2014. The CX-5 is already a small, and the CX-3 would hit Europe to do sales battle with the Opel Mokka (the EU version of theBuick Encore). Is this another sign that small cars will soon take over global roads?
