Kobe Bryant and the Lakers would do just about anything for a win right now. After four straight losses, including one to the Knicks last night, they're 9-14 and look like they could be in some serious trouble. Remember all that talk about the Lakers and Heat playing in the 2013 NBA Finals at the end of the season? Yeah, that's all but disappeared.

In fact, things have gotten so bad for the Lake Show that Kobe came out after last night's game and made a pretty crazy statement. "Right now," he said, "I wish we had the Washington Generals on our schedule." For those not familiar with the Generals, they're the team that plays games against the Harlem Globetrotters frequently and losses just about every time.

Has it really gotten that bad, Kobe? Er, okay, don't answer that. But, hey, there is some good news for all the depressed Lakers fans out there: L.A. has the Wizards on the schedule next! And, while they're not quite as bad as the Generals, it's definitely close.
