Kia is supporting the Vancouver Whitecaps FC in the 2012 MLS season and decided to get some fans to join them in some supportive cheering. Setting up a 2013 Kia Rio with two 80" displays at BC Place in Vancouver, the company allowed Whitecaps fans to tweet the message #kiacheerwfc and have it show up on the screens while simultaneously causing the car's engines, headlights, and control panel to light and rev up while letting out a ”let’s go Whitecaps!” cheer.
