Prior to taking on the job of vice president of basketball operations for the Memphis Grizzlies, John Hollinger wrote about the NBA for ESPN. So, it would be assumed that Hollinger knows a good deal about the league and its players, especially his own guys like Rudy Gay and Zach Randolph. This morning, Deadspin gathered a bunch of "mean things" that the former writer mentioned about players on the Grizzlies roster and well, here are a few examples.

Mike Conley: [H]e still is more of a caretaker point guard in some ways. He has an extremely low usage rate for a key starter and often just spots up on the weak side while the Grizzlies' post weapons go to work.

You get the idea. Hit the link to see what Hollinger had to say about Gay and Randolph. Spoiler alert: He doesn't have the kindest things to say.
